On Thursday February 9th, Archiact hosted our second annual Valentine’s bake sale in the Royal Center lobby (Vancouver, Canada.) Archiact raised $2000 from the bake sale, which means we were able to double the amount raised last year!
All the proceeds went to a philanthropy that is close to our hearts. The Ronald McDonald House BC provides sick children with a place to stay while undergoing treatment in Vancouver. They are an important organization and we wholeheartedly support their effort in improving the lives of children in need.
At Archiact, we believe we all have a part to play in making the world a better place. Real change starts from within our local communities and we are committed to this belief by staying involved with great causes like the Ronald McDonald House BC.
To encourage a bit of friendly competition, we challenged the companies in our building to see who could raise the most money for RMH. Congratulations and thank you to winners McMillan LLP who will be given free tickets to our upcoming Consumer Virtual Reality (CVR) at the Vancouver Convention!
Another big thank you to the generous donations of these local bakeries:
Once again, thank you to everyone in our building and everyone who supported our event and made it possible! Thanks for helping Archiact spread the love this Valentine's Day. :)
