A big thanks to the team at Homido for sending over a few of their VR headsets to Archiact. The Homido is a virtual reality headset that is made for mobile devices. This headset has some interesting features, such as: an eye-to-lens distance setting, custom made VR lenses, interchangeable contact surface, interpupillary distance settings, and more. Archiact was thrilled to take part in the VRoaming with Ken Perlin event at Emily Carr last week. Ken Perlin, a professor in the Department of Computer Science and founding director of the Media Research Lab at NYU, hosted the event.
